Henry Cooke Physiotheraphy

Hey! I’m Henry…

Someone who wants to share his love for movement and help others feel confident with theirs.

I’m a physiotherapist who is practicing out of his own space within the community of The Lifting Shed in Mulgrave.

Loving all things movement, you can always catch me training for some sort of goal: whether that be trying to PR a squat, running a half marathon, or completing a Hyrox event!

The ability to exercise is a privilege, that more often than not, we take for granted - until pain stops us. And in the midst of an overload of information telling us what we should do, we often don’t find what is truly needed for our own personal situation.

Throughout my journey as a physio and coach I have always tried to bring it back to the core idea that each person may need something a little different - we just have to find out what that is!

My belief is that treatment shouldn’t be addressing one body part, but a chance to build a resilient and robust system that fits within your own individual routine.
